TROPPO in the DESERT !!!!!

Posted by mervfrench on August 12, 2010

Now Mark , let this be a lesson to you.   This is what happens when you spend too long in the sun.  This fellow photographer, who will remain anonymous, was delirious from the hot sun.  I had to throw a bucket of  cold water over him and get him out of there !!!!

What time of year was that?

Easter time about 07 i think.

There had been a bit of rain a couple of weeks earlier, but there was only a little water, about 2 inchs, one end of the lake. About all it gets in a good year.

Hey, You guys have all got one track minds !!!! …… Seeing as how I am in the steel business I was simply checking out what the statues were made of.
Oh by the way the shots of Merv and the statues that I took just aren’t fit for public viewing, He is not in the steel game so he had no excuses for what he was doing with them.
    Enough said.

  8. haha…it seems boys never grow up. My other half also prceeded to ‘defile’ the statues when we were there. Was going to post a pic….but on second thoughts, probably not for public viewing either!
Funnily enough (with all these shots flying around) I’ll be running a feature on Kal on my new online mag which will be launching soon…..and yes, there was a little bit of water on the lake 🙂
